Stop the press! God has a mother???

I used the contact link at http://www.knowthetruthjesus.com, a blog by a certain "Fr. Paul Kaiparambadan" and got this:

"Oh! Mary, most pure, mother of God...".

I'm still amazed when I see this pronouncment. I grew up with relatives who were catholics so I know they believe this. What I don't get is that for a religion(Catholicism) which claims to have "created" the bible, it's mind boggling that they subscribe to such unbiblical teaching as "mother of God"!! God has not beginning nor end, therefore, He DOES NOT HAVE A MOTHER!. Get that through your thick head.

Who is God? Who is Jesus?

I learned this from church! There is only One God, the Father in heaven. So if someone goes around preaching something different, be wary. They'll give you all kinds of stories, traditions, explanations and mysteries and all that, but don't be fooled. Keep it simple. It's plainly written in the bible. In the book of Isaiah, "God said He is God and there is no other".
What about the Lord Jesus? God said the Lord Jesus is His beloved son. Is the Lord Jesus also God? The Lord Jesus speaking to God said, "that they may know You, the only true God". In other verses the Lord Jesus introduced himself as a man.
So, when you hear or read someone saying otherwise, don't be fooled. That person is wrong!

What about faith? What is faith?

What is faith? One online dictionary defines faith like this: “Confident belief in the truth”. Plain, isn't it. You believe in the truth. And when talking about religion, truth, according to the bible, are the words of God. And I'm sure, no professing Christian will argue that the words of God are written ONLY in the bible. But how to you get the 'truth'? Does it just drop from heaven? Of course not! It has to be preached. And not by anyone, but by those entrusted to teach the truth. How do you know if they are the one entrusted to preach the truth? Examine their teachings, of course. If they preach the same teaching as what was preached by the Lord Jesus, then you can be sure.

Another article of (de)famed blogger Albert Esmeralda is concerning the praying for the dead practiced by catholics. He goes to say that this is based on scriptures and goes on to quote 2 Maccabees 12:43-45. I looked it up but could find the book? At it turns out, this verse and book it part of what is know as Apocryphal text. Apocryphal is defined as false, spurious, of doubtful sanction, uncanonical, of doubtful authorship or authenticity. Of course, Albert conveniently forgot to mention this bit of information.

A Note On The Filipino Word For "Church"

Albert Esmeralda aka agustinongpinoy had an article in one of his many blogs/pages wherein he(or whoever wrote the piece) lamented on the obvious misunderstanding of ALL catholics, not just Filipino catholics, of the word Iglesia. He goes on to explain that the word does not refer to the building, but rather to what he said is "the household of God". All I can say is, don't blame the catholics, blame yourselves, the priest who are supposed to be the teachers of you catholic faith. The blame should start from you earliest pope on down to the last priest. Five hundred or so years in the Philippines and you haven't gotten it right.

The Iglesia ni Cristo, on the other hand, from the start taught that the Iglesia is the body of which the head is Christ, thus the name Iglesia ni Cristo, body of Christ.

I lied. I'm sorry.
I did some things which violated the rules of my church. I was rightfully punished, but I did not take this appropriately. I lashed out and made up lies to get back at the administration. I know I caused a lot of hurt and I'm sorry. My mind was clouded by anger.
The worse of it was I put these lies on webpages for everyone to see. And even worse, I allowed myself to be tricked into giving my username and password to someone I trusted. This person has now betrayed me and is using the webpages against my will. So my advise to you is to not believe anything you read, but find out the truth for yourselves.
Again, I apologize.

The appeal of the INC is on the illiterate and those who don't really exert efforts to study. The high culture and education of the Americans won't make them easy targets to the INC. Besides, the USA is heavilty Mailine Protestants. The Catholic audience in the States is also more educated then their counterparts here in the Philippines. I bet that they are going to have the same difficulties in Italy where both CAtholic and Protestants have a high level of education.

So, here it is. You can read it yourself how a "highly educated" priest malign those who are unfortunate enough not to get a chance at education. That's what he's trying to say. That INC members are the poorest of the poor and uneducated. This is a belittling characterization of the INC members by Catholics and Protestants since the beginning.

Well, my un-priestly friend, better read your bible. Don't be so arrogant.

On one of Priest Alberto Esmeralda's blogs, he supposedly received an email from a certain 'aypee' telling him how to talk to INC members. As it turned out, 'aypee' was he himself!! Shock!! deceitful priest! not really, a lot of them are. Way to go priest.

The friar basically admitted to being ayel lee. That was the easiest social engineering experiment I've ever done. If you look closely at ayel lee's tracks, they're identical to the j.c. person.

He has set up an "AgustinongPinoy" blog site at Blogger.Com and is saying that he "busted" me two years ago. That is his claim, anyway. He is using this fake "AgustinongPinoy" blog site, I think, to bait me into doing something that would give him the reason to sue me in court. He claims that I have been spreading lies, but he doesn't specify what. The problem with members of the Iglesya ni Manalo is that when you put them in a corner, they begin suing. A while back, maybe two years ago, some friar was spewing lies and slander all over the web. That time he was using ang alias, ayel lee, which where the first letters of his name. I busted him then, so he stopped. But now he 'evangelizing' according to him. This though he's using his real name. Which is good, coz he can't slander using his real name, else he'll get sued and go to jail, where he's going to be someones girlfriend.

"katoliko" ang problema mo? alam mo ang orihinal na pangalan ng refrigerator? ang mga orihinal hindi namumroblema sa pangalan, mga gaya-gaya lang ang gumagawa noon baka hindi mo pa napapansin. ;)

ikaw naman... kita mo ang uri ng reasoning mo kung talagang matatawag nga ng ganyan. Imbento ba ang "katoliko" e isang panag-uring griyego yan para sa "laganap" -- ang sabi ni Ignacio ang "Iglesyang Laganap (sa buong daigdig)". E hangga ngayon din naman di ba?

kung gusto mo ang malaman tungkol sa pananampalataya namin makakabili kayo ng maraming libro diyan. Yung pananampalataya ninyo itinatago ninyo sa iba di ba, kasi nga kayo ay sekta.
